Dr. Deepika Upadhyay specializes in Finance and Accounting. She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University, and a master?s in Finance from the same institution. She has also earned an Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Management from IIM Kozhikode. Her research interests include the capital market, futures and options, financial literacy, mutual funds, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship. Dr. Upadhyay has published research papers, book chapters, and case studies in indexed journals. She has also contributed articles to national dailies and online portals. Dr. Upadhyay has presented papers at national and international conferences. She is a dedicated teacher and researcher, with a strong belief in continuous faculty development. She has attended several faculty development programs focusing on research tools, learner-centric approaches, and andragogy. She has mentored both undergraduate and postgraduate students in their dissertation projects. Additionally, Dr. Upadhyay is a lifetime member of the Indian Commerce Association.
