Prof. Prithivi Kumar A R has a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management from Christ University. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. His specializations include Culinary and Human Resources. He has over three years of industry experience and two years in teaching. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at Christ University, Bangalore. He has presented research papers at both national and international conferences. These presentations enhance his expertise in hospitality and academia. Prof. Prithivi Kumar is an active member of the South Indian Chefs Association (SICA). His contributions extend to academic and industry-level discussions within the culinary field.
