Dr. Smitha Philip is a distinguished academic with over a decade of experience. She has served as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST University since 2023. Dr. Smitha holds a bachelor's degree from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University and a master's and Ph.D. in Social Work from Sardar Patel University. Additionally, she earned a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and an M. Phil. Her research interests span Child Psychology, Parenting, Sustainable Development, Adolescent Behavior, and Work-family Balance. Other areas include Job Motivation, Stress, Indian Psychology, and Job Satisfaction. Dr. Smitha teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students courses like Health Psychology, Life Span Development, and Public Health. Her lectures also cover Womens Health, Mental Health at the Workplace, and Social Entrepreneurship.
