Dr. Jerlin Jose is an Associate Professor in the Department of Professional Studies at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). He also serves as the academic coordinator with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, an M.Com from CHRIST University, and an MBA in Human Resources from Bharathiar University. Dr. Jerlin began his career as a Teaching Associate at CHRIST in 2011. He is known for his dedication to education and nation-building efforts. He has led social outreach projects in rural areas, especially promoting financial literacy programs. His research has been published in highly reputed journals, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He also serves on the board of examinations at several prestigious institutions. Dr. Jerlin coordinates various diversity and social inclusion initiatives like the Suraksha Chakra and Financial Literacy Project at CHRIST University. He has over 13 years of experience in academia, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
