Dr NAGARAJ NAIK M

Dr. Nagaraj Naik M is an expert in Mental Health, Counseling, Human Resource Management, and Labour Laws. He has over 16 years of experience in teaching, training, and research. He holds a Master of Social Work from Bangalore University and an M.Phil from NIMHANS. Dr. Naik earned his Ph.D. in Social Work, researching stress and coping among IT employees. He also qualified UGC-NET in 2012. He has worked at Bangalore University and in BSE/NSE-listed industries, including OPTO Groups and Badve Engineering Ltd. Dr. Naik has published numerous articles in national and international journals. As a principal investigator, he completed projects for Bangalore Metro Railway Corporation Ltd, Social Forestry Dept., ChildFund, and UNICEF. He is a trainer for the Skill Development Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Department, Karnataka, and the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
