Dr. Bharathi is an Associate Professor specializing in Social Work and Human Resources Development. She holds a master?s degree, MPhil, and doctorate in Social Work. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and sustainability. She has published extensively in national and international journals. She is a corporate trainer and has undertaken numerous consultancy projects for organizations and corporates. Since 2008, she has been a part of Christ University and serves as the Coordinator of the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the Central Campus, Bangalore. Dr. Bharathi is a member of the Internal Committee of a reputed public sector organization. She is also affiliated with several professional bodies.
