After making the payment, if the applicant does not receive a 9-digit application number, it means the application process is incomplete and will move to the refund process. The refund may take up to 15 working days, and the applicant is advised to check the status directly with their bank.

The applicant should log in and check the application status to see whether they have received the 9-digit application number. The applicant can preview and download the application if the 9-digit number is generated. If the application number is not generated, the application process is unsuccessful and automatically goes through the refund process. The refund may take up to 15 working days; the applicant must check with their bank.

Please review your application form carefully to ensure that all mandatory fields are filled and all required documents are uploaded before submission.

Applicants can edit their application only while it is in draft mode. Once the application is submitted, no further edits can be made. If there are any changes in marks or year of passing during the verification process, the verification team will update them after reviewing the uploaded documents. If the applicant is selected for the programme, any necessary corrections can be made at the time of admission.

Please scan and upload your recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm) taken in formal attire against a white background. The file should be in JPEG format and not exceed 100 KB in size.

Yes, applicants can apply for multiple programmes. However, a separate application form and application fee must be submitted for each programme, and the applicant must go through the selection process for each one individually.

Yes, applicants can reapply for the next session using the same account. However, a separate application form must be filled out, and a new application fee must be paid for each session.

You cannot apply for more than one programme in the same application form. For specific programmes, 2nd and 3rd preference options will be available while filling out the form, and applicants should select their preferences from the drop-down menu. Manual entry of preferences is not allowed. To apply for multiple programmes, a separate application form must be submitted for each.

Programme preferences are mandatory fields. Applicants must select their 2nd and 3rd preferences from the available options in the application. Manual entry of preferences is not allowed.

Some programmes are offered only at specific campuses. If you try to select the same programme as your second or third preference after choosing it as your first preference, an error message will appear indicating that the programme is unavailable.

While applying for PG programmes, applicants must enter and upload their marks in the “Enter Semester Wise Marks” section. Marks cannot be entered directly under the “Obtained Marks” field in the Degree section.

While entering marks, the applicant should consider the marks for all subjects as shown in the marks card.

The application form captures the minimum and relevant information required for eligibility at Christ University. If you wish to share additional qualifications or experience, you can present them to the selection panel during the personal interview.

Applicants currently pursuing Class XII should enter and upload their Class XI final marks or the Class XII half-yearly/term exam marks as provided by their school or college.

Students who are still pursuing their degree should update their marks and upload mark sheets for all completed semesters that are currently available.

If your marks are in credits, grades, or CGPA, please convert them into percentages after confirming the conversion method with your school, college, or university authorities. While entering, set the maximum marks to 100.

If the applicant does not have the original mark sheet, they should upload at least a scanned or photocopy (xerox) of the mark sheet or an internet/official copy issued by the university.

Applicants applying for a master’s programme should enter and upload marks for at least four semesters. If the mark sheet is not available, a scanned copy, internet copy, or xerox copy can be uploaded.

This section is meant for uploading your degree certificate or consolidated mark sheet. If you are still pursuing your undergraduate degree, you may upload your first or last semester mark sheet to proceed. However, you must enter your semester-wise marks and upload the corresponding documents using the “Enter Semester Wise Marks” option in the application.

To meet the eligibility criteria for a programme, applicants must have studied specific subjects and obtained the minimum required marks in those subjects. For example, Psychology is required for MSc (Clinical Psychology). Enter the marks of the relevant subjects for all semesters under the “Enter Subject Details” section. There is no document upload required for this section.

Applicants can view the selection process and other programme-related details by visiting the specific programme page on the University website.

The E-Admit card provides details of the documents to be brought for the selection process. Applicants are required to bring original documents for the interview. If an applicant is unable to produce the originals for a genuine reason, Xerox copies may be accepted temporarily. However, if the applicant is selected for the programme, the original documents must be presented for verification.

The selection process is common across all campuses of Christ University. If you are selected, the campus allocation will be system-generated, and your application will not be considered for other campus preferences.

The E-Admit card will be available under the Application Status tab 2–3 days before the scheduled selection process.

The venue address and timings of the selection process will be provided on the E-Admit card, which will be released 2–3 days before the selection process. You can access it under the Application Status tab.

All entrance tests are centre-based online tests, which means applicants must attend the designated venue to take the test.

The entrance test is a computer-based online test conducted at designated centres. Applicants must attend the venue selected during the application process to take the test.

Selected applicants will receive a provisional offer. You can check your selection status by logging into your application account.

If the entrance test dates and times for the programmes are the same, candidates can attempt one test, and the score will be valid for both programmes. However, candidates must appear for the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview separately for each programme according to the schedule on the E-Admit card.

Interview schedules are system-generated, so candidates applying for multiple programmes may receive overlapping interview slots. In such cases, inform the officials during the skill assessment test, and arrangements will be made for you to attend all interviews consecutively.
