Dr Roy Mathew holds postgraduate degrees in Statistics and Business Administration. He also holds PGDOR and PhD from reputed universities. He has over twenty six years of teaching experience. He demonstrates strong commitment to higher education and academic excellence. His research interests include organizational culture and human resource management. He also focuses on quality management and quantitative research methodologies. He has taught courses in operations management and research methodology. He also teaches business mathematics, statistics, and human resource management. He has guided undergraduate students in dissertation and research projects. He has participated in conferences and published academic research articles. He currently serves as Chief Custodian for Office of Examinations. He is also faculty coordinator for the University Student Council. He actively contributes to fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture.
