Diya C R specializes in Cyber Law, Property Law, and Constitutional Law. She holds a masters degree in Constitutional Law from a reputed institution. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Cyber Law at CHRIST University. Her research focuses on law, technology, and property dispute resolution. She has published research in national and international academic journals. She has authored a UGC publication and co-authored a Scopus indexed paper. She serves as Faculty Coordinator for Model United Nations for four years. She practiced law at the High Court of Kerala for twenty one years. She also served as panel advocate for insurance companies and banking institutions. Her professional experience reflects strong expertise in legal practice and advisory roles. She joined CHRIST University in 2017 as a dedicated academic professional. She currently serves as Assistant Professor in the School of Law. She contributes to academic excellence through teaching, research, and institutional service.
