Dr. Aiswarya V R holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Calicut. She earned her doctorate in Child Psychology from the University of Kerala, Trivandrum. Her expertise includes health and child psychology, focusing on health and developmental psychology. Her work has been featured in national and international journals. Since 2019, she has been an assistant professor at Christ University. Dr. Aiswarya is an internationally certified yoga trainer with a lifetime membership in the Indian Yoga Association. She researches the role of yoga and mindful meditation in enhancing well-being. Her current focus is on yoga's impact on emotional regulation and cognitive processes. She teaches courses on Abnormal Psychology, Chronic Illness Management, and Neurobiological Bases of Behavior.
