Dr. C. Karthick has over 15 years of experience as an educator. He is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource and Marketing Management. He earned a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, focusing on teachers' quality of work life. He has contributed significantly to commerce education through supervision, research, and curriculum enhancement. His publications cover finance, human resources, and consumer behavior. In 2022, he published three patents on HR systems and employee performance. Dr. Karthick has presented at national and international conferences and delivered keynote addresses. He has participated in various faculty development programs and served as a Board of Studies member. Since 2021, he has been part of the Department of Professional Studies. He oversees skilling activities, manages the admission process, and coordinates the BCOM (International Accountancy and Finance) program integrated with ACCA.
