Dr. Thaddeus Alfonso has over twenty years of experience in mental health. He holds an MA and MPhil from Loyola College and a PhD from VIT. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at IIT Madras. His research focuses on diversity psychology, cognitive behavioral neuroscience, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, and AI human factors. Dr. Alfonso is affiliated with professional bodies and provides consultancy to both non-profits and for-profits. He is a member of the International Union of Psychological Science (IUPsyS) Work Group on Crisis Response. Additionally, he is a founding member of the International Institute of Psychotherapy. Dr. Alfonso is a certified CBT coach, NLP trainer, and an approved clinical supervisor by the Australian Counselling Association. His scholarly work includes research articles, book chapters, and an edited book on cognitive behavioral neuroscience in organizational settings.
