Dr. Anjali Majumdar earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the University of Mumbai. She was a UGC NET-SRF scholar and specialized in Organizational Behaviour. Her research focuses on psychological capital, organizational culture, workplace humor, work engagement, and justice in organizations. She has completed courses in qualitative interviewing and analysis from the University of Oxford. She holds a certificate in Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, she has a PG Diploma in Business Analytics and working knowledge of Python programming. Dr. Majumdar has published in peer-reviewed international journals and contributed chapters to significant academic volumes. Her work includes contributions to Eminent Indian Psychologists: 100 Years of Psychology in India. Since 2022, she has been a faculty member at CHRIST University, Bangalore Central Campus. Previously, she taught postgraduate courses in Applied Psychology at the University of Mumbai during her doctoral studies.
