Dr. Delma Thaliyan has expertise in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. She has been a faculty member at CHRIST University since 2022. Her professional career spans over two decades, blending academia and industry experience. Dr. Delma focuses on the holistic development of students through collaborative research. Her research areas include Diversity and Inclusion, AI in HR, and Happiness and Wellbeing. Her work is widely published in prestigious national and international journals. Dr. Delma is an SHRM-certified POSH trainer and a corporate mentor specializing in performance and conflict management. She holds a doctoral degree in Management, earned in 2020. Dr. Delma serves on the editorial boards of multiple management journals. She has also filed and been granted two patents. Currently, she holds the responsibility of being the RAC Member of Ph.D. Scholars at CHRIST University.
