Dr. Raghavendra A. N. is a management faculty with over two decades of experience. He holds an MBA from Bangalore University, specializing in Human Resource Management. He cleared the UGC-NET eligibility test for lecturers and earned a Ph.D. in International Human Resource Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. Dr. Raghavendra has published 30 research papers, articles, and book chapters. He has attended 45 national and international conferences across India. His ongoing ICSSR Minor Project explores the impact of mindfulness on mitigating student anxiety in higher education. He is proficient in software such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, AMOS, Tableau, and R. Dr. Raghavendra has conducted workshops and training programs for students and faculty in business administration. He actively participates in seminars, faculty development programs, and conferences hosted by B-Schools in Bangalore. Dr. Raghavendra serves on the Board of Examinations for two universities in Karnataka. He is currently the Program Coordinator for the BBA Decision Science program at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), School of Business and Management.
