Her research focuses on health psychology and qualitative methods, including client experiences with chronic health conditions. She has over a decade of teaching experience and has also worked as a counselor and trainer for adolescents and educators. Dr. Ahuja has served as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director at St. Josephs Institutions in Bengaluru, where she worked on mental health capacity building. She provides relationship counseling and supportive therapy, specializing in women with chronic illnesses. Her contributions include workshops in positive psychology, health psychology, and personal and professional growth. She has facilitated sessions in counseling skills, mental health, and parenting. Dr. Ahuja has presented papers and published articles on mental health and cancer care at national and international platforms.
