Mrs. B. Sandhiya holds a B.Tech degree (2012) and an ME degree (2016) from Anna University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Deep Learning at Anna University, Chennai. With 8 years of teaching experience, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Christ University. She has published 15 research papers in International Journals and Conferences, including SCI and Scopus Indexed Journals. She secured a grant of Rs. 4,47,000 from the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) for her project titled An Association-Based Deep Learning Framework for Detecting COVID-19 Disease Patterns from Bimodal Clinical Data. As a mentor for the TNSCST student project scheme (20222023), she guided the project Internet of Things Based Dual Axis Solar Tracking System. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Medical Image Processing. Mrs. Sandhiya has participated in 30 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops. She has conducted 10 events and holds patents for her innovative contributions. Her work exemplifies dedication to research, teaching, and the advancement of technology in education.
