Dr Kalyani V holds a bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering. She graduated from PSG College of Technology, Tamil Nadu. She completed MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Anna University. She also holds a PhD in Human Resources from Anna University. She began her career in industry with recruitment in an IT firm. She later transitioned into academia driven by strong passion for education. She has over sixteen years of combined industry and academic experience. Her research areas include Human Resources, Marketing, Statistics, and Production Management. She has published articles in Scopus indexed and refereed journals. She has contributed chapters to academic books and scholarly publications. She actively participates in international conferences and academic workshops regularly. She has served as reviewer for European Management Review journal by Wiley. Her contributions reflect commitment to academic excellence and research advancement.
