Dr. Rosewine Joy serves as Associate Professor in Business Analytics and Economics. She has eight years of academic experience and significant industry exposure. She leads initiatives to develop programs in analytics and sustainability domains. Her work in sustainability includes guiding doctoral and masters research projects. She has supervised over one hundred masters projects successfully. She has completed funded research projects and organized multiple outreach activities. She contributed to developing specialized MBA programs and value-added courses. She has conducted faculty development and management development programs. Her work integrates sustainability concepts into management education frameworks. She has published research in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC indexed journals. Her contributions include journal articles, book chapters, and authored books. She has presented research papers at international conferences and academic workshops. She actively participates in academic administration and research leadership roles. Her project received the NHRD Innovative Teaching Practice Award in 2022.
