Dr. Abhaya N B has over 21 years of experience teaching Indian Literatures, Women's Writing, Postcolonial, and World Literatures. She has served as a coordinator and later as Head of the Department. In her administrative roles, Dr. Abhaya was responsible for daily departmental management, faculty recruitment, strategic planning, and ensuring the quality of teaching practices. Her research interests include women?s writing, pedagogy, and higher education administration. She was a co-investigator for the Articulating Women project, a UK-funded initiative by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. This project was based at Liverpool Hope University, UK.
