Dr. Kishore Selva Babu is an Associate Professor of English at CHRIST University. He has over 13 years of teaching experience in language and literature. His research focuses on English Language Teaching (ELT), particularly reading and listening skills. He also explores the role of AI in language learning. Dr. Kishore has guided two PhD scholars and supervises six doctoral candidates. He co-authored ENGlogue-1 and ENGlogue-2, published by Cambridge University Press. His recent work emphasizes enhancing English for employability. He is a prolific researcher with several Scopus-indexed publications. He has collaborated with universities in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Qatar, and the USA. These experiences enriched his understanding of educational policies and pedagogies. At CHRIST, he actively participates in the Service Learning Centre and academic events, reflecting his commitment to innovation. Dr. Kishore is also an Associate Teacher at Singapore University of Social Sciences. There, he teaches interdisciplinary Global Learning.
