Dr. Chaitanya Pradeep N is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at CHRIST University since 2014. He was a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Human Rights, University of Hyderabad, from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Chaitanya is a certified police researcher and a former Research Fellow at the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. He has also been involved with the Centre for Public Policy and Governance at ASCI. He helped design the filtering process for PMs Award for Excellence in Public Administration. Dr. Chaitanya has published extensively in public policy and police reforms, with a focus on human rights. He has received Best Paper awards from ICPA and has been applauded by the American Society for Public Administration. Dr. Chaitanya has addressed senior women IPS officers and delivered lectures on administrative and police reforms. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. from the University of Hyderabad, a Master's in Public Administration from Andhra University, and a Bachelor's from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Dr. Chaitanya is a life member of the prestigious Indian Institute of Public Administration.
