Dr. Malavika Menon specializes in Indian Politics and Political Theory. She holds a doctoral degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University and completed her academic training at Delhi University. Dr. Menon has researched extensively in partition studies and worked with the Nehru Papers at the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund. She contributed to the publication of the 'Selected Works of Jawaharlal Nehru.' Her dissertations covered topics such as the RSS Organiser for her MPhil and minority educational institutions in India for her PhD. At CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Dr. Menon teaches subjects like Indian Politics, Western Political Thought, and Comparative Politics. She joined the institution in 2022 and took on the role of Coordinator for the Centre for Publications in 2023. Dr. Menon manages six university journals, four of which are UGC Care Listed. She assists faculty in book publications and organizes seminars to educate students and staff about the publishing industry. She also coordinates efforts for launching a Students' Journal.
