Dr. Anupama Sadasivan is a distinguished social scientist with three postgraduate degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Public Administration, along with a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility. She graduated first in her class during both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Kerala. Her academic career spans eight years, teaching at multiple universities. Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership, Competency Mapping, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Anupama is also a poet and photographer with several acclaimed works featured on various platforms. Alongside her academic and creative pursuits, she has seven years of industry experience. She has consulted on Social Impact Assessment, Gender, and Indigenous Population Mapping projects for international organizations, including the World Bank and ADB.
