Dr. Manoj B earned his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram. His research focused on the ultrafast photophysics of semiconductor quantum dots, with particular attention on bioconjugated indium phosphide. He published articles in respected journals by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and American Physical Society (APS). His expertise lies in the synthesis, photophysical characterization, and surface functionalization of quantum dots. At Christ University, Dr. Manoj's lab is dedicated to the synthesis and functionalization of zero-dimensional nanoparticles. These nanoparticles have applications in photocatalysis, sensing, devices, and biological systems. His team aims to advance the development of these nanoparticles for use in chemical transformations, energy, and photobiology. Dr. Manoj is a dedicated researcher and educator, with a strong interest in science and innovation.
