These ratings are calculated dynamically based on in-depth surveys and interviews of current residents. 
The world as we know it has significantly changed. Coming to college for the first time is very exciting. However, this excitement has been diluted with the fear of pandemic. To ensure the safety and security of the students living in PGs and Hostels, RateMyStay has launched a rating platform that pays special attention to measures taken by the PGs and hostels to combat COVID19 and keeping the students safe, secure and healthy through the year.

Sunbird Straws is proudly incubated at Christ University. We are a social enterprise focussing on Agri wastes and converting them into proprietary products of everyday use. We engage women from rural communities to produce them and sell them globally.
Our first product is the patent-protected biodegradable drinking straws made from naturally fallen coconut leaves. They are branded as Sunbird Straws. Sunbird straws have now attracted global attention and we have been able to reach 10 countries and our pilot production units have been set up in Madurai, Kasargod, and Tuticorin.
We have lined up two more products made out of Agri wastes and will launch them soon.
