CLIMATE LITERACY

1. Awareness Campaigns

We organize a variety of awareness campaigns to educate students about climate change, its causes, and its far-reaching impacts. These include stalls dedicated to Carbon Footprint Awareness, Sustainable Menstrual Practices, and broader Climate Change Education, all designed to deepen understanding and inspire action. Through these initiatives, we actively empower students to make informed, responsible choices for a more sustainable future. 

2. Promoting Menstrual sustainability

The club promotes sustainable menstrual practices by organizing events like the Garba Flash Mob, setting up awareness stalls, displaying educational posters and conducting sessions on menstrual sustainability. These activities aim to raise awareness and encourage the community to adopt eco-friendly menstrual solutions.

3. Learning Journeys 

Educational visits to learn about sustainable practices and it's implementation in daily life. The visits gave participants a chance to understand eco-friendly measures and ways to live more sustainably.

4. Teaching Sessions

Teaching sessions are organized to raise awareness among schoolchildren and aim to educate the next generation on the importance of environmental stewardship, climate change, and sustainable practices. Through interactive discussions, workshops, and engaging activities, students are introduced to key concepts such as the impact of human activities on the planet, ways to reduce carbon footprints, and the significance of conservation efforts.They are not only taught theoretical knowledge but are also involved in discussions that inspire critical thinking and practical solutions for a more sustainable future. These initiatives aim to empower young minds to become environmentally conscious individuals who will contribute positively to climate action in their communities.
